We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting you! House Rules- All Rules are Required by our HOA No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed at any time. Additional guests that are minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult at all times and may not be left unattended in the home at any time. No pets are permitted. Please remove your shoes before entering the home. Please treat the home with care and leave it in the same condition in which you found it. Please complete all checkout instructions before departure. All trash must be placed in the designated on-site trash bin before checkout. Please do not leave loose trash. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the home or anywhere on the property. This is a smoke-free community. No deliveries or mail may be sent to the property. Keys, access codes, gate codes, or other entry information may not be shared with anyone. Check-in and check-out are coordinated directly through us. Check-In & Check-Out Standard checkout time is 10:00 AM sharp. Guests who remain on the property beyond checkout without prior written approval may be charged the full daily rental rate in addition to any applicable fees. Early check-in may be available for $25 per hour, subject to availability. Early check-in must be approved by the host in writing after payment has been received. Community & HOA Rules Our community has strict HOA regulations designed to maintain a peaceful environment for residents and guests. Guests may not cause any disturbance to neighbors during their stay. Please reach out to your host directly for anything during your stay. Additional Policies The minimum age to book this property is 30 years old. We are not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen personal belongings left at the property. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accommodations without refund for inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or hostile behavior. Furnishings and décor may vary slightly from listing photos as the home continues to be professionally decorated. If the home is left in an excessively dirty condition requiring extraordinary cleaning, additional cleaning fees beginning at $500 may be charged. Guest Verification This property uses Happy Guest for secure guest verification, arrival instructions, and a pre-arrival background screening. Completion of the Happy Guest verification process is required prior to check-in. Verification must be completed at least 48 hours before arrival. Same-day bookings may experience a delay of up to 48 hours before check-in can be approved.A refundable security deposit may be required.Reservations may be canceled without refund if the verification process identifies criminal convictions or pending criminal matters that pose a safety risk to our home or community. Enforcement Failure to comply with any house rules or community policies may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund, along with any applicable fines, damages, cleaning charges, or additional fees.
